IC 20‑28‑5.5‑1 — CPR, AED, & Heimlich Training

Sets the standard for hands‑on CPR, AED use, and choking response.

WHO MUST BE CERTIFIED

CNAs & Nurses LPNs, RNs, and clinical staff must maintain current BLS certification.

Direct Care Staff DSPs, memory care staff, group home staff.

Childcare & Support Staff

Daycare workers, medical assistants, and any staff responsible for resident care.
